Due to an error on the part of our processor, this batch of bratwurst was made from pork from another producer, probably not a heritage breed and probably not raised on pasture, but local and raised more humanely than anything from the grocery store. Same taste profile as our reguar Bratwurst, but not as luxuriously juicy.
