Our lamb loin chops are tender and mild. Small packs have two chops, large packs have 4 chops. Lamb chops are petite, about 0.2lbs per chop; plan on two chops per adult. Also I just noticed that there are few packs of five chops? I didn't ask for that, those are the ones that are about 1 lb each so I guess if you don't want 5 chops say something in the notes to your order...
