Large roasts, about 4 lbs each quarter or 10 lbs per half. Expertly cured and smoked over hickory by our processor. Leg ham roasts are $8/lb; loin ham roasts are $11/lb which is pretty cheap considering the cost of plain loin roasts, but these were oddballs that we didn't ask to be smoked so I'm a bit flummoxed what to do with them.
