Freshly laid eggs from our Khaki Campbell, Silver Appleyard, and Muscovy ducks, $3.75/half dozen, $7.50/dozen. We usually pre-wash our duck eggs before sale because ducks are filthly little birdies, but that's OK because their thick shells help them last a looong time! Compared to chicken eggs, duck eggs are:
- Larger, with relatively less white and more yolk
- Gram for gram higher in protein and fat
- Longer lasting and harder to break
- Magically creamy and delicious!
