Freshly laid eggs from our Khaki Campbell ducks, $3/half dozen. We pre-wash our duck eggs before sale, but that's OK because their thick shells help them last a looong time! Compared to chicken eggs, duck eggs are: - Stronger tasting (with a gamey flavor to some)
- Larger, with relatively less white and more yolk
- Gram for gram higher in protein and fat
- Longer lasting and harder to break
- All of our meat is raised on pasture, fed a low-GMO, low corn, low soy base diet, and forages on pasture. Our butcher vac seals and then flash freezes our cuts.
