A rare treat! We don't offer duck very often since the processing is so difficult/expensive. Our spring 2025 ducks are pekins processed at 2 months old after a happy life on pasture. This year we had enough go to butcher to allow us to make a special request -- some ducks cut up and packaged as just breast or leg quarters! Eagle eyed viewers will notice that this is actually a picture of chicken breast quarters, because apparently nobody ever cuts duck breast quarters, they just go straight to boneless breast. Anyway, these are bone in, skin on, with wings -- debone for your pan seared breast, then use the wing and bones for flavorful broth! Two per pack, $15/lb.
