We love our USDA processor, but we think that some of their sausage seasoning blends are a little bland. The solution? Our custom blended seasoning mixes! We grind the spices for our blends fresh and mix them in our home kitchen. All you have to do is add the packet to a pound of meat, mix thoroughly, form into patties or links if desired, and cook over medium heat until golden brown! This allows us to bring zesty, zippy mixes to your kitchen with (almost) no effort. See below for ingredients.
 
Breakfast Sausage Blend (recommended for ground pork): Salt, Brown Sugar, Sage, Parsley, Paprika, Thyme, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes, Nutmeg. Just a touch of red pepper, suitable for all but the most spice sensitive palates.
Chorizo Blend (recommended for ground pork): Paprika, California Chile, Guajillo Chile, Cumin, Garlic, Mexican Oregano, Salt, Coriander, Allspice, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Cloves. Slightly spicy but suitable for most palates. Our chorizo blend is priced higher because like an authentic chorizo, it has a lot of volume; we recommend adding 1 tablespoon vinegar or water for optimal flavor and spice rehydration.
Moroccan Merguez (recommended for ground lamb): Salt, Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Allspice, Cinnamon. 🌶️ This one has some kick, not recommended for those who are sensitive to spicy food.
