Delicious and delectable chicken livers from our healthy, free range birds. A mix of livers from young Bresse, young Freedom Rangers, and older layers/roosters, depending on who goes in for processing.
NOTE: Our processor charges to return the giblets (heart, liver, and gizzard) from a chicken, which are on average 2-3 ounces per bird; we therefore charge the same price per lb for giblets just to cover their cost. We are not insane; in fact, WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT FROM GIBLETS AT ALL, and offer them as a convenience to our customers who appreciate these parts.
